Purpose of this site
This site provides information about Nestbound, a macOS application developed and published by We Love Apps SL. Nothing is sold or ordered through this site. Nestbound will be distributed through Apple’s Mac App Store, where Apple acts as merchant of record and is responsible for payment, tax and receipts.
Nestbound organizes information that already exists. It is not a will, a trust, an advance directive or any other legal instrument, it does not create or replace one, and neither the application nor this site provides legal, tax or financial advice. Documents of that kind should be made with a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the contents of this site, including its text, images, design and source code, are the property of We Love Apps SL or are used under license. Nothing in this notice restricts use of the published Nestbound file format specification at nestbound.app/format, which other software may implement.
Governing law
This notice and the use of this website are governed by Spanish law. The application is sold by Apple under Apple’s own terms of sale, to which We Love Apps SL is not a party. Refund requests relating to a purchase are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We Love Apps SL will assist with any matter within its control at hello@nestbound.app.
Personal data and device storage
This site sets no cookies and stores no information on the visitor’s device. We Love Apps SL is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this site. The categories of data, the purposes and legal bases for processing, and the procedure for exercising rights are set out in the privacy policy.
